Built to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and honest about what hasn't been tested.
What's built in
- A skip link, full keyboard operation, and a visible focus outline on light and dark backgrounds.
- Landmarks and headings in order.
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1, calculated for every text colour pair.
- Claim statuses are words first. Solid, dashed and yellow badges reinforce “Regulated”, “Not formally defined” and “Private certification”, but the word is always there.
- Touch targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels.
- Animation only when your system allows motion; support for forced-colours mode.
What hasn't been tested
No testing yet with a person who uses a screen reader daily. The decorative sticker on the homepage is hidden from assistive technology on purpose.
